A heartfelt thank you to FUJIFILM BI Hong Kong for inviting our Managing Partner Kenneth Yung and Litigation Senior Associate Samuel Leung to speak at the in-person seminar titled “Democratizing Cybersecurity” on 22 May 2025. They shared valuable insights relating to the upcoming Protection of Critical Infrastructure (Computer System) Ordinance, which will take effect on 1 January 2026. Their discussion covered the risks associated with inadequate cybersecurity awareness and the penalties that various industries might face.
