Overview

Navigating China’s dynamic regulatory environment and cross-border investment landscape requires trusted local connections and a deep understanding of the market.

Our China Practice is dedicated to supporting both foreign investors and PRC entities, including state-owned enterprises, in all aspects of cross-border investment. Our team has deep knowledge of PRC laws, and several of our lawyers hold legal qualifications in Mainland China or the Greater Bay Area. Over the years, we have built strong relationships with leading Mainland law firms, enabling us to quickly tap into local expertise whenever needed and deliver efficient, practical solutions for our clients.
