On 10 July, 2025, our Head of Conveyancing, David Cheung, alongside Consultant Lee Kui Lam, served as Counsel for the Xuan Yuan Education Fund Association (軒轅教育基金會). In a significant and altruistic gesture, Hung Wing Hong, as the confirmor, transferred two properties to the Xuan Yuan Education Fund Association by way of a Deed of Gift. This momentous signing ceremony, witnessed by David Cheung and Lee Kui Lam, marks a meaningful milestone for both Xuan Yuan Education Fund Association and Hung Wing Hong.

This act of generosity by Hung Wing Hong underscores his commitment to supporting Xuan Yuan Education Fund Association's mission to enhance rural education in China. Hung Wing Hong's benevolent contribution ensures that Xuan Yuan Education Fund Association can continue its charitable endeavors without concerns over the ownership of its offices, thereby enabling it to focus on its noble mission of fostering educational development in rural China.

Xuan Yaun Education Fund Association mainly assists in the development of rural education in China. With strong support from both Chinese and Hong Kong government bodies, it collaborates with local governments and civil organizations to fund the construction of school buildings and health clinics in poorer rural areas. Furthermore, it implements "assistance, awards, and teaching" activities in primary and secondary schools.
