Bunny Pang brings over two decades of experience in Hong Kong’s capital markets. His practice focuses on corporate finance and general corporate transactions, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, fund-raising exercises, and regulatory compliance matters. He has extensive experience advising listed companies on compliance with the Listing Rules and the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs, as well as advising private companies on group restructuring, corporate governance, and a broad range of commercial affairs.

Samuel Leung has played a key role in the growth of the firm's Dispute Resolution practice. His expertise spans a wide spectrum of contentious matters, including commercial and contractual disputes, insolvency, company and shareholder disputes, public law and judicial review proceedings, employment and matrimonial matters, land and property disputes, and injunctive relief. He has advised leading banks and financial institutions, as well as statutory bodies and government departments, and has earned a strong reputation for providing practical and effective solutions in complex and high-stakes disputes.
