A team led by Consultant Anthony Lui, supported by Associates Toni Yihan Tong and Jasmine Ong, has been appointed as Hong Kong legal counsel to Zhongtai International Capital Limited, acting as the Sole Sponsor for Tobita (Group) Holdings Limited (拓必达(集团)控股有限公司) (“Tobita”）, in relation to its submission of the prospectus to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) for its proposed Main Board IPO.

Tobita, founded in 2013, is a well established intelligent transportation solutions provider in Guangdong Province and one of the early pioneers applying AI to enable city level holographic road network systems. The company offers two major categories of intelligent solutions: AI driven traffic perception systems and cloud edge intelligent transportation platforms, aiming to advance the digital transformation of traffic management and to build a smarter, data driven urban mobility ecosystem.

This engagement reflects the continued capital‑markets interest in technology, AI, and smart‑infrastructure issuers, as investors focus on high‑growth, innovation‑driven opportunities across the sector.
