In November 2025, Our Managing Partner Kenneth Yung and Senior Associate Rufina Ng, spent a wonderful afternoon with E.F.C.C. Spring Church (中國基督教播道會泉福堂) and Food Angel by Bo Charity Foundation delivering an insightful seminar on Estate Planning, Enduring Power of Attorney, and Advance Medical Directive.
 
Rufina led the discussion on elderly planning, with support from Kenneth and Rick Ling, a Food Angel volunteer, shared practical insights on why these measures matter:

• Estate Planning – Ensure your wishes are respected and loved ones cared for.
• Enduring Power of Attorney – Protect decision-making when capacity is lost.
• Advance Medical Directive – Provide clarity and peace of mind after making advance decisions.

Through real-life examples, we demonstrated how proactive planning prevents disputes, reduces stress, and provides security for both elderly individuals and their families.
 
The session was lively and interactive, featuring attentive questions during the Q&A session.
