On 6 November 2025, we were delighted to co-host a seminar with YaleWomen Hong Kong and YWHK+Friends at our offices, diving into essential estate planning topics such as Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) and Advance Medical Directives.
The session began with a warm welcome reception, followed by an insightful introduction by Elizabeth Chan (陳曉彤), Co-Chair of YaleWomen Hong Kong and Founder of YWHK+Friends, highlighting why these tools are essential for safeguarding your future.
Our Consultant Helen Kong and Senior Associate Rufina Ng, shared practical insights drawn from years of experience in cross-border Wills and Probate matters, Rufina then provided valuable guidance for international clients on how to protect assets in Hong Kong and ensure smooth administration after passing, referencing complex cases successfully handled for global families.
The seminar attracted nearly 40 participants and sparked engaging discussions. We’re grateful for the positive feedback and look forward to continuing to support clients in planning for the future with confidence.
A big thank you to YaleWomen and Elizabeth for partnering with us and giving us the chance to share our expertise with their members.
