Jennifer was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2003. She joined the firm in 2007 as an Associate and became a Partner in 2015, specializing in family law. Her practice includes divorce and separation, spousal and child maintenance, custody and relocation, declaration of parentage, and nuptial agreements, often works alongside mediators, psychologists, and other experts.
Her family law practice also includes applications under the Guardianship of Minors Ordinance, the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Ordinance and Part II of the Mental Health Ordinance. She also advises educational and financial institutions on matters relating to family dispute.
In addition to her work in litigation, Jennifer is also a Civil Celebrant of Marriages, and currently a member of the Hong Kong Family Law Association.
