Karina obtained her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia. She then obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Karina has advised across a wide spectrum of legal and regulatory matters, including but not limited to compliance matters of listed companies, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and funds, and insolvency and schemes of arrangement. She speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
