Ms. Ho obtained her LL.B. and LL.M. (Chinese Laws) degrees from the University of Hong Kong. She joined the firm in 2009 as a trainee solicitor and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2011. Ms. Ho has extensive experience in listing projects in Hong Kong and compliance matters in respect of securities law and Hong Kong listing rules. The listing projects she has recently handled include Kin Shing Holdings Limited (stock code: 1630) and SK Target Group Limited (stock code: 8427).
