Ms. Tse was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2015, and she joined the firm as a Senior Associate in 2021. Before joining the firm, she worked in award-winning boutique law firms specialising in financial services.
Ms. Tse’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters (including mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions) as well as securities and regulatory matters (including funds and compliance matters related to listed companies and corporations licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission).
Ms. Tse’s legal work is informed by her practical business experience in her prior career in the financial services industry, including a corporate development role in the Asia-Pacific chief executive’s office of the fund management arm of a global financial institution. Prior to that role, she was a strategy consultant specialising in financial services in London after graduating from London Business School of the University of London.
Ms. Tse is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
