Mr. Lui was admitted to practice in Hong Kong in 2007. He joined the firm in 2010 and became a Partner in 2015. Mr. Lui mainly focuses on corporate and banking finance transactions. He has participated in a broad range of corporate finance projects, including IPOs and merger and acquisitions, and handled compliance issues for listed companies. He also advises clients on syndicated and bilateral loan transactions.
