Samuel focuses on civil litigation and dispute resolution in a wide range of cases including commercial and contractual disputes, injunctions, debt recovery, personal injury and employees’ compensation, matrimonial matters, landlord and tenant disputes and recovery of possession, insurance litigation, bankruptcy and winding up proceedings etc. Samuel has advised banks and financial institutes on commercial disputes and also has experience in advising and representing the government on property and land resumption-related dispute resolution and litigation.
