Brian has been practising in Hong Kong for more than 30 years. His practice mainly focuses on development project conveyancing, joint ventures, bank finances, corporate and commercial works. Brian has acted for a number of well-known developers in Hong Kong in the sale of residential units and car parks in new buildings.
Brian also advises on matters relating to Deed of Mutual Covenant and building management in multi-storey buildings, residential and commercial tenancies.
