Mr. Jeffy Sin is an Associate in our Intellectual Property Department. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Sin specialises in a wide range of intellectual property practices, including trade mark prosecution, opposition, revocation, invalidation and assignment in Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China and foreign countries. He also advises client on copyright, patent and design matters.
He speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
