Kenneth joined Hastings & Co in 2016 and his practice focuses on Family law and Probate matters.
Prior to joining Hastings & Co, Kenneth practiced in a leading Family and Matrimonial law specialist firm in Hong Kong for over 10 years, having acted for clients on matters involving divorce and separation, jurisdictional/forum dispute, pre-nuptial agreement/separation agreement, financial settlements, spousal and child maintenance claims, as well as children custody and relocation applications.
Kenneth is currently a member of the Family Law Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong, and a member of the Hong Kong Family Law Association.
